How We Handle Lost Items

  • Item Retrieval:
    Once we receive your report, we will search our vehicles and storage facilities for your item. Our drivers and staff are trained to promptly report any found items to our Lost and Found department.

  • Notification:
    If we find your item, we will notify you as soon as possible. You can arrange to pick up the item at our office or request a delivery option if available.

  • Unclaimed Items:
    Items that are not claimed within 30 days may be donated to local charities or disposed of, depending on the item’s nature and condition.
